Zoho CRM is one of the best CRM available in the market and competes with big brands like Salesforce etc. They offer customized CRM according to the needs of the organization. In our organization, it is mainly used for the Sales & Marketing team. The admin dashboard is really amazing and can be customized by the admin itself. The interface is user-friendly.

We have evaluated other products like Salesforce and oracle but none of them was suited for our needs. They were much pricier than Zoho plus were only customizable to an extent only. Zoho fits our criteria and gave us some extra features at the same cost which really helped in making the decision.

Features and pricing was the most important part of the whole purchase.
We would not change anything as the system is working fine as of now. I would just like get upgrades on time plus the support should decrease their time to resolve a query.
