Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM to organize our current deals and input all the information for that specific deal. We also use it to track the deal and see where the current stage is, from intake to closed. Zoho helped our company in being more organized with our client information and also to help other employees be able to view client information easily and answer their questions, without having to reach out to an employee in another department for answers.

  • There have been days when Zoho has been down and it puts a stop to our work day until it is fixed
  • Positive impact because it helps us close our deals faster due to its organization
Zoho is the only product we have used. Our company is fairly new and before purchasing Zoho a few years ago, client files were only saved and looked at through our company server. Because of how great Zoho has been, we have never considered looking for another product because there really is no need

I only have experience using it in this specific field of business. I am curious if Zoho can be customized to fit other businesses and how the layout would look. For us, using it to set up a page for every current and past client is very helpful. I cant think of a scenario where it would be less appropriate
