Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We used Zoho CRM for lead management, account/contact management, sales opportunity management, and a little bit of other marketing automation. It helped us move out of Excel spreadsheets into a CRM. We qualify/disqualify leads, log notes and emails, and maintain all of our sales records within the Zoho CRM. The sales pipeline is completely managed out of this new CRM

  • Data importing functionality via excel csv can be made better in terms of auto field matching
  • Self training video library can be made for easier onboarding
  • While many B2B solutions offer seamless integration with Salesforce and HubSpot, the same level of integration is not available for Zoho CRM
  • ROI is very high. Helped us save time and move out of slow excel sheets
  • Affordable when relatively compared with Salesforce, Pipedrive etc
  • Data migration was challenging and took some time and efforts of our IT team
Zoho CRM is extremely flexible. It provides a high degree of customization in terms of custom fields, objects, modules and workflows etc. Adding a field is pretty simple if you have sufficient admin rights.
It is also highly scalable. Folks from different geography can login at the same time. Create tasks and assign it to team members
1. Data-driven insights on customers: Helps us identify which customer is moving towards churn and helps us plan proactive steps.
2. Maintenance of customer records: Allows us to log all customer data including purchase orders, MSA, and feature requests in one place such that it is easy to access anytime
3. 360-degree customer view: Centralizes all customer data

1. Leads and opportunities Management - Efficiently manage leads, track deals, and automate sales workflows
2. Workflows - Automated workflows to update dependent fields, send user notifications etc
3. Reporting and dashboarding - Custom-built reports to track the team's performance, lead quota, sales pipeline, etc

Less Appropriate

1. Mobile Access - The mobile UI is bad and difficult to use
