Overall Satisfaction with Zoho SalesIQ
Zoho SalesIQ is used for a better visitor follow-up. [It allows us to] qualify [leads]. We have some products and we can easily focus [on the right solution for our customers with more organized information]. It is used by customer service and sales departments. One limit was that there wasn't a mobile app but the Zoho team resolved it.
- Know where your visitors come from
- The time spent in a specific place
- If they are a recurring visitor
- Number of visits received by a person (visitor)
- Improve the mobile app. Make it more similar to the portal but flexible to navigate.
- Automatic leads (or actions). When a visitor meets some conditions, open a window requesting a name and email (and/or additional information).
- Visit goals. When a visitor is the X visitor of this place today (for the month). Something like that could be cool.
- Offering this support service gives my company more value.
- I have received new clients.
- Zoho always improves and that is positive. You do not need the most expensive plan, you can grow according to your needs.
I think that Zoho Salesiq is the missing complement to Google Analtytics. There are very complete and detailed statistics that you receive from Google Analytics but with Zoho Salesiq you have an additional live chat that allows you in any moment to establish contact with your visitors. The Zoho team knows and is always improving their software and the support team is excellent.
