Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use the entire Zoho suite at our company and I just can't stop thinking to myself how amazing the whole thing is. From sales management to document handling, and now with Zoho Social we can monitor our social networks and get leads at the same time. It is amazing.
- Gathering leads - it does the legwork for you.
- Organization - it keeps it in the already great format of Zoho CRM.
- Speed - it is fast and efficient.
- Integration with other aspects of Zoho. You need to create new accounts with every app they have.
- More social networks. It would be nice to see some added.
- Custom posts for Facebook and Twitter would be nice.
