Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is being used by our organization to post content on various social media platforms. We also utilize the analytics to measure the performance of the individual posts.
  • The ability to schedule posts in advance
  • The ability to monitor the performance of individual posts
  • The ease of use, especially for someone who is new to the platform
  • More support on the platform, as a blog for example
  • More how-to guides, which is something offered on other platforms

  • It's allowed for us to establish a process in tracking the performance of posts
  • It's enabled us to adapt our strategy based on performance
As a new marketer, Zoho Social is well-suited for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and seeing high-level analytics about how posts are performing with the audience. The analytics are pretty high-level, however, so I could understand how more seasoned marketers and organizations would require a greater level of detail.
