Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is an easy to use platform for social media teams at small and large businesses. You can schedule posts. The only thing is that you need a Facebook account and must have linked Instagram and Twitter (if you use these). That should be more open, because in some places (like in the Netherlands) we are not committed to using Facebook.

  • Reports are nice and give good insights
  • Informed when something happens like comments on posts etc.
  • Reposting could be easier
  • Not only using login via Facebook but also separate login
  • Affordable
  • Using Zoho Social doesn't cost us much time if you have an idea about the content you want to post.
We didn't use any other. I did research online and went for Zoho Social.

This products does what it says and is really easy to use. No need for much knowledge. Zoho keeps you informed about the posts, when it posted when someone posted comments on it etc. And you can see the effects per social media product via reports etc. and also where the clicks are coming from globally.
There was no need to use it, It should be good because they invested in customer needs and did a good job on that.
For a starter who is not too familiar with social media, this is very easy to use and follow. But for more experienced users it's also a good app/product. There is a nice app, extension and website which you can use.
