Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I am using Zoho to post on FB groups, FB page, Instagram, Linkedin, twitter and google places. What I like about it is that I can post on all of those platforms and can see when people are leaving messages or mentions directly in the platform. The CRM tool especially seems very useful.

  • It would be good to have the possibility of posting to more than one FB group.
  • It would be good to have the possibility of posting to more than one FB page.
  • It would be good to have the possibility of posting to more than one Instagram account.
  • It would be good in the calendar to have more options for scheduling posts that repeat.
  • Save time posting on Instagram.
  • Save time posting on FB groups.
  • Save time monitoring mentions.
Canva had an annoying feature whereby you have to create multiple version of the same file to schedule and the moment you delete the original file you lose the post. Crowdfire was cheaper but it doesn't actually allow you to post directly on Instagram and they are limited to 5 channels.

I did try to comment on one of my own posts from the platform and it did not work. The CRM integration is not clear. The calendar is easy enough to use but it could have better repeat scheduling post features and it would be better if it included a picture of the post.
Not sure what is meant by support. I did not need any support in using it. I just figured it out by myself. It is pretty intuitive for the most part so I do not anticipate I would need much support .
I think this tool is suited to individuals who have only one account with each of the platforms. It is suited to sole traders who have no time to log in separately to each account.
