Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We've tried a bunch of different social platforms for our company, and decided to stick with Zoho. The UI and features are super clean and very easy for us to work with. We previously tried some others but found various flaws we didn't like. We haven't found any critical flaws yet with Zoho after a few months.

It has a very clean UI we prefer.
We have not needed any customer support yet, which is a good thing.
Zoho is great for smaller companies looking for an affordable social solution.
