Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho to manage my organization's social media channels and it's been a game-changer! It makes scheduling and posting across multiple channels a breeze. Before switching to Zoho I was spending hours scheduling social media, now it just take minutes. Zoho also has great analytical and other tools that make social media management extremely effective.

It is very easy to use - I had no problems navigating the platform or performing the publishing and scheduling tasks that I needed to do!

For small non-profit organizations, Zoho is probably the best tool out there for managing multiple social media accounts! In small organizations there is usually not a dedicated person or team for social media, so having a tool that can allow you post on 4 channels with one click is a dream come true. I have tried several other platforms and none of them come close to Zoho - highly recommend!
