Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is the first platform we have come across that is suitable for all of our users. Even those with limited digital know-how can use it to create content and schedule making our whole operation much more effective and efficient - important when you rely on volunteer contributors. To be able to post to such a wide range of platforms helps that greatly.

Simplicity, efficacy and effectiveness. Enables me to concentrate on other areas of the business knowing that the basics are covered but that also I can ramp up with minimum fuss when time allows or circumstances dictate. Not a platform that needs to be micro-managed, whoever is using it or wherever they are using it.
We’re too quick to send out up-sell emails and when queried seemed to act as if it wasn’t them or that it shouldn’t be a problem. Raised a concern about accuracy of their own records as a result but wasn’t impressed with response. Unfortunately, it’s a symptom of the software world.
Small organisations where users have minimal digital experience. Where there isn’t perhaps a dedicated social media person within the group and the task might fall to multiple people or to one who isn’t fully committed or educated in getting he best from social media and content posting. Zoho Social provides a great platform from which to build
