Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are mainly using Zoho Social for social marketing of our upcoming game Create Your Own Universe. It is very efficient for us that Zoho Social manages our shares at one place and gives us feedback about the views, interactions, and shares of the posts during the post-release process. It is also a nice feature that the app warns us against platform specific requirements before sending the post so that we can better organize the videos, photos we share in order for them to look the same in all platforms. This helps us standardize our shares.
- Content sharing to all our social media accounts at one place
- Warning about platform specific issues, also giving choice not to include problematic platforms
- Showing statistics of our shares as a table so that we can understand about the impact of our specific posts.
- A directs integration to instagram would be very nice but this is basically not about Zoho, more about facebook team
- A simple video/content converter that will fix the format for twitter automatically, maybe...
- We can quickly share posts and return back to work. Since we are also the team developing our game, this is a definite big contribution to our ROI.
Zoho Social is more practical. It has the features we need. We just want to share content on our social media accounts and view the post-share stats. The integration process is easy, the sharing process is easy, and these are the key features we need at the moment. Also, we can manage our team and responsibilities by Zoho Social's permission system quite efficiently.
