Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are using Zoom for conference rooms and some teaching. We also use Zoom in the labs for when faculty have the need to repair equipment. They connect with the vendor and use Zoom so they can see the issues.
- Super easy to install and connect.
- Product seems to not have any issues.
- Support Team is solid
- Admin side could use more features. Like the ability to see upcoming Zoom Room meetings from Dashboard or from Room Itself
- Setting up Zoom Rooms are budget friendly.
- Cisco WebEx Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)
