Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We utilize Zoom in our Customer Success department to have clean communication with our clients. We have a high touch success model and Zoom helps us quickly and effectively conduct meetings with our clients. We can share our screen easily and share important information back and forth. It addresses the issue that our book of business is national and global and there are no barriers to us connecting with Zoom.

- Sometimes when you share a screen, the little bubble that shows you the guest list makes it hard to see what's on your screen.
- We never miss a meeting or have issues connecting!
We do not use this feature.
It's much more affordable and has the same features.
