Zoom is being used across the whole company spanning multiple countries. It's lag-free and very easy to set up.

Pros and Cons

Set up is extremely easy.
The integration is great with other tools, such as calendly.
It's lag-free in most countries.

Setting Zoom up for other users is difficult.

Return on Investment

It's not cost related, but we have seen a great improvement in cross-border communications.

Zoom Rooms

I'm not too familiar with Zoom Rooms, and I guess one of the key points for improvement would be regular check-ups and specific training/introduction for new users.

Zoom serves as a professional tool for both internal and external users, where we can maintain the brand in a very positive way. Colleagues who have used or are new to Zoom are also finding it very easy to set up. Though we are not using the enterprise plan, we think that we will continue to use the service once the demand reaches that level.
