Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is used by our organisation at times when we have to engage with clients who are Zoom Business Customers. We are not, as we have another solution we use, but we use Zoom when needed and required. Zoom enables us to connect with key clients who have very fixed requirements as to the means that they communicate. Zoom is primarily used within the IT, product development and marketing departments.
- The automatic quality adjustment algorithm is brilliant. It allows seamless calls and video without any drop in the actual quality of communication.
- The ability to join a meeting from a browser allows clients to join calls when they are not allowed to install software on their computer.
- Recordings of meetings can be stored in the cloud and reference kept of all calls for future use.
- It is sometimes difficult to get to the button to leave a meeting.
- Some call-drops have been experienced, but not common at all.
- I have to dig really deep to find problems with Zoom, and I cannot think of any more.
- Zoom has had an infinite Return on Investment due to the fact that we have been using the Freemium version.
- A much more integrated level of collaboration has been achieved with clients
- A lot of potential clients have been able to engage with our company via Zoom due to the simplicity, meaning more business opportunities.
We do not use Zoom Rooms.
- Skype and GoToMeeting
Having evaluated and used both Skype and GoToMeeting and then experiencing Zoom, all I can say is that Zoom has all the same features, which it executes in a much more professional fashion, and has a ton of value added features over-and-above those that are standard. Zoom "sold" itself as the correct solution and in essence made the choice for us.
