We are using Zoom as an organization for meeting collaboration with users located across four states (CA, DC, TN, WI). Zoom helps us stay connected across the country.

- High quality audio and video
- Zoom Room error message when adding a new audio/device and system defaulting to built-in settings within Windows. It took time to troubleshoot and work around the issue on a Windows 7 OS
- Removes meeting friction versus older legacy technology.
Meetings are instantly started. There is no need for connecting cables to a laptop.
