Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Across the whole organization, we use it for customer meetings, internal meetings, all hands and everything in between. Everyone gets a pro license.
- integrations with other applications are great (Okta, Slack, etc.)
- Simple to use. Intuitive.
- Just works.
- I'm learning a lot at Zoomtopia, so I think maybe for admins Zoom could have better communication in-app or a web portal about functionality of different options you can use
- It's improved collaboration, and since we're a global company it makes seeing each other face to face easier across the globe.
We're still setting them up, but in our trial runs, Zoom Room is great.
We get a lot of spam calls on some numbers using Zoom Phone, but otherwise it's been good.
We've used Webex in the past, and it didn't feel as intuitive for users. I've used countless other ones when people invite me.
