Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Currently we use Zoom for our conference rooms in our headquarters. We have also issued Basic and Pro licenses to our users. We have had several trainings surrounding the use of Zoom.
- Zoom Conferencing for external customers works great, allows for quick communications and collaborations.
- Assigning Zoom licenses and control over accounts and account setup and access work very well. Easy administration.
- Zoom Dashboard is an awesome feature to monitor rooms and accounts for issues.
- The Zoom application has screen sharing but there is some confusion on using the share when needing to share just an application similar to when you join share.zoom.us
- Proximity sharing seems to be somewhat random but does work, unfortunately there seems to be no rhyme or reason when it connects unless myself and my team are not understanding the instructions properly.
- Training was great, I would say that a partnership with training and implementation would be good as each company has its challenges and would require a more precise expectation.
- Created a good meeting space for conference rooms
- Currently a cost savings to the company
- Implementation and integration planning for companies would be great.
My experience has been great, but customers have mentioned that its not intuitive when trying to make calls out to join other conference calls.
We are evaluating the use of a Zoom Phone but not using it at the moment.
