Since COVID-19, Zoom has allowed us to migrate to the online platform, which has reduced travel time and cost and made it a very positive experience for our users.
- Breakout rooms.
- AI Summary.
- Recording of Sessions.
- Annotate could be more visible, often first time users have difficulties locating it.
- Cost Savings.
- Time Management.
- Greater reach to clients outside our country.
I wouldn't say I like Teams; it's complicated, and it lacks functionality; often, clients use Teams, so im forced to use it, but during meetings, I end up sending them Zoom links so we can continue on Zoom.
