Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use Zoominfo to find new leads. It's a great product; gives you direct dials to execs that you may otherwise not be able to connect with. Also, helps with building outbound campaigns. The salesforce integration is awesome. Would recommend this to any SDR or sales organization looking for an outbound tool. We currently use it for the entire SDR team. It's one of the best tools we currently use.

- Reliable source of truth for company size and information
- Exporting a list to Excel is a little clunky and has a few too many steps
- Understanding how credits work can be a bit confusing
- Linkedin tool is not great for pulling large lists of contacts
- More outbound meetings. ROI immediately.
- Faster lead conversion. When I get a lead with a general number, I can get direct dial and connect in fewer attempts.
- Overall more conversations.
- SalesLoft and Hunter
- Better for in depth out bounding than Hunter as that only pulls emails.
- Hunter is much better for email campaigns as credits are cheaper.
- Data is way better for zoominfo.
