Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo was being used by our Sales and Marketing department for company / competitor research, lead generation and email campaigns.
  • Great database for researching similar companies, competitors and industries.
  • Plenty of targeting options / fields to help narrow your lists (by job titles, industries, companies, locations, etc.).
  • Database is easy to use and intuitive - easy to learn from the start. Account manager / support always helpful if you have questions about the tool or implementing strategies.
  • Importing integration with other platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Easier way to filter through list builder / list pulls.
  • We've had positive impact on our open and click-through rates on our email campaigns after ZoomInfo helped with our data pull based on our very specific data criteria.
