Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Zoominfo was a critical component in getting contact info for leads we were trying to work, both verifying inbound contact info and especially for finding outbound contact info. I logged into ZoomInfo almost daily. It had the most lead contact information and was often most accurate when compared to other lead sources I had access to.
- Contact info is often accurate, even providing mobile phone information for contacts, not just a general business line that most lead sources have.
- They also contain up to date address and location information for the business, we relied on the location for verifying which territory companies belonged to, it was our system of truth.
- The site is also clean and easy to navigate.
- Getting lead info into Salesforce a bit easier. I had to copy and paste info, would love to have simply selected and imported at will.
- The site was simple and clean, but it also looks a little outdated. Improving the look and feel would have made it seem more of a premium solution.

I like Zoominfo significantly more than Data.com. ZoomInfo has more contact information, more accurate contact information, and proved to be a much more reliable source of data. We relied on ZoomInfo, while we used Data.com as a reference or comparison. For a time we had switched to Data.com and we hated it, we pushed to get access back to ZoomInfo.
