Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We utilize ZoomInfo in the Recruiting department in an effort to obtain the direct contact information for the candidates we source internally. It can also be used as a tool for sourcing candidates as well as new companies to research.
  • Links to LinkedIn profile.
  • Functionality of Facebook linking hasn't worked for over a year.
  • Phone numbers and email addresses are often wrong.
  • Phone numbers are often to a main line instead of direct - which is why we pay to use this service - main lines can be found on Google.
  • If we have even hired one person through our use of ZoomInfo it would have paid for itself.
We also use Hiretual, Intellius and LinkedIn Recruiter.
ZoomInfo can be helpful in determining a list of people who work in a business - it lacks in actually providing direct contact info for those contacts.
