Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is a great tool for sales teams. Data is more accurate than most tools I have used in the past. Perfect for getting direct numbers and helping to determine email addresses. The list building functionality could use some work. I do find it useful as well.
  • Find direct contact information
  • Verifying company revenues & size
  • List building functionality does not have the ability to limit the number of people in a search. So if you only have 100 credits, your search criteria must be limited to only pull 100 persons. This is difficult to do in densely populated areas. That said, I do not waste my time building individual leads in ZoomInfo. I tend to build lists of company names instead.
  • Negative is time spent navigating through the website. Typical to other services as well.
  • Positive, get past directories and gate keepers with direct lines.
Great for finding contact info and new companies in your path
