Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to mine and source new contacts for our sales prospecting efforts. The tool is used across the entire Sales and Sales Development organization regularly and has been a fantastic resource for sales reps to go deeper and further into organizational hierarchies quickly and easily. This is our primary mining tool.
- Finds contact information. Phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
- Determines organizational hierarchies easily.
- Streamlines the process for sales reps to mine potential prospects.
- It would be nice to remove some of the necessary steps required and use AI to streamline the suggestions.
- Make recommendations based on previous search histories readily available.
- Integrations with other systems.
- Speeds up the mining process, reducing sales reps time dedicated to the mining process.
- Improved lead conversion.
- Pipeline build has increased dramatically.
I personally use LinkedIn Sales Navigator more frequently as I am often in LI during work hours. We only have a number of license seats to ZoomInfo, so it is not convenient to access the portal in my workplace. If we each had a license, I honestly think I would use it more frequently.
