Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo for prospecting to potential new customers. We also use it to update company contact info.
  • Find me relevant contacts.
  • Shows me org charts to identify decision makers.
  • Would be great to have multiple ways to create lists.
  • Shows me duplicates and I would like if it did not.
  • Creates more activity for me on a day to day basis.
ZoomInfo is great for my role on prospecting. I would say it's not useful if you are not going to be following up with leads; some info needs to be updated so reach out to highly ranked leads first.
