Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is leveraged across marketing and sales to help drive and accelerate our lead gen efforts. We're able to easily identify target accounts and specific contacts within an organization as well easy access to their direct contact info such as email and phone.

I've only used ZoomInfo, RainKing and Discover Org, all which have been acquired by ZoomInfo and fall under that umbrella.
ZoomInfo is a great alternative to list purchases. You know their data is legit and reliable. It's also great for marketing to help strengthen campaigns by adding an extra layer of contacts and added reach on top of your exisiting database. Lastly, great tool for sales to help fill in the gap for their prospect outreach as they are easily able to identify their contact info along with any ongoing projects within the org.
