Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We utilize Zoominfo to capture emails and contact information of prospective entities that we want to get in front of and use the export functionality to aggregate the data in a concise and easy to read format. The tool is currently being used by our Sales department and addresses the problem of not having the right contact.

Having access to company contacts' cell phones on Zoominfo is incredibly powerful and something that other platforms haven't mastered quite as well as Zoominfo has. Also, the ability to have everything clickable and integrate with remote phones and email programs makes using the tool that much easier and efficient.
Getting contact info for corporate executives when following up and soliciting business and our services. The tool has many company contacts making the role of a salesperson much simpler in terms of getting in front of the right audience. The tool might not be appropriate if the wrong target audience is being marketed to.
