Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We leverage ZoomInfo for buyer intent and technographic install data for strategic and target accounts to enhance our lead to sales process. ZoomInfo allow us to have a hyper targeted approach and leads to more conversions when we execute customer centric marketing programs within the right buyer personas in the right accounts.

We have a subscription to Sales Intel and definitely like having access to both tools. Sales Intel does a great job with mobile phone numbers and indicating if records are human verified or machine verified. Both tools compliment each other very well. We selected zoom because of the DiscoverOrg merger.
With the merger of ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg I'm much more likely to recommend the tool. The accuracy score is an important element as the contact information is correct most of the time if this score is 85+. Prior to the merger, I felt ZoomInfo housed lots of old and inaccurate information and happy that this issue has been corrected.
