Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Our sales and marketing teams use ZoomInfo for contact and project information. It helps provide the proper names, titles and email addresses for targeted marketing and sales campaigns. The org charts also help the sales teams get a better understanding of the corporate structure and the information on the technologies being used is also very helpful.

I liked Rainking when first purchased but after the DiscoverOrg acquisition, I liked DO much better and like it better than the ZoomInfo platform.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
ZoomInfo is well suited for building target list with contact information for sales and marketing campaigns. I'm not sure why but in the seven years I've reached to the contacts in the scoops alerts, I never received a single response back from several hundreds if not over a thousand attempts reaching one.
