Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I use ZoomInfo to help my prospect for leads that I integrate into Salesforce.
  • The filter features help me find what I'm looking for
  • Scoops is great for starting conversations with leads
  • Showing what contact info a lead has helps me determine if they are viable or not
  • There are lots of buttons and some simplification would be appreciated in the user interface

  • As an employee who uses ZoomInfo, it helps speed up my prospecting process.
I prefer ZoomInfo over LinkedIn Sales Navigator due to the ease of exporting leads into Salesforce.
ZoomInfo is great for finding leads quickly using the org chart function. I [don't] always excel inaccuracy, as many of the leads I've found have moved to other companies. Perhaps I don't know how to do this, but if there was a way to upload all accounts under my name from SalesForce and then automatically use that as a search filter, that would save me time.
