Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We provide Leadership Development through 1:1 Coaching, Mentoring, and Digital Learning on one comprehensive platform to deliver, manage, and measure employee growth at scale. We use Zoominfo to prospect companies and contacts who could utilize this service. My team and I use Zoominfo on a daily basis.
  • Provides contact information including email and cell phone
  • Salesforce integration for new records and updating existing records
  • Chrome Reach out extension is for quick access to company and contact info
  • Importing contacts into Salesforce from Sales Navigator with the Chrome ReachOut extension
  • I often have to go to other extensions to find contact email or phone info that is out there, but for some reason, ZoomInfo does not have it. That is my biggest struggle.

Yes

  • Importing new contacts to Salesforce is much faster and more efficient
  • Quick access to business size and headquarters location keeps me out of accounts that are not mine to prospect.
  • The chrome [reaches] out extension saves me time from having to hop back and forth to multiple sites to compare data.
We often use LinkedIn Sales Navigator in conjunction with ZoomInfo. When I can't find an email through ZI, I use Hunter.io or Seamless.
I use ZoomInfo every day and it is very helpful with prospecting. I typically start my prospecting in Sales Navigator and then export to Salesforce via ZoomInfo. I have not had as much experience using ZoomInfo to start my prospecting, but that is due to my process which I would like to optimize. I believe I am only utilizing about 50% of ZoomInfo's potential at this time and I would like to make that number much higher. That is on me, not ZoomInfo. The [training is] helpful and I learn by doing, so I need to get into the platform and not just the extension more often.
