Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
[My organization] wanted to use ZoomInfo to update an old database of contacts. [We were] thinking about a re-engagement campaign, [so we] spent a little time reviewing what ZoomInfo can do and set appointments with them. [I] started seeing them in my LinkedIn feed and colleagues started getting updates about them. That is when I should have known how they are. [I believe] they show you how pervasive their service is right off the bat. [The] thing is, it was so predatory [in my opinion].
- [I felt like they] track you down like an animal.
- [In my experience, they] keep calling after you have asked them not to.
- [In my case, they] bother colleagues after you have said no.
- [I feel that things would improve if you] stop harassing your leads.
- [I think it could be improved if the service] actually did what it had promised in the sales process.
- [I believe it would be better if the service] adopted a better sales model.
