Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

We use ZoomInfo Sales to gain leads for our industrial flooring company that caters to the food & beverage, chemical, and armament industries. I use ZoomInfo Sales everyday to track down decision-making contacts. I need decision-maker's emails and cell phone numbers. I have seen a tremendous success rate utilizing ZoomInfo Sales. I enjoy the user-friendly interface and I love that I can save searches and lists so I never lose track of my potential leads.
  • Providing decision maker's contact info when searching just a first and last name.
  • The "Save Search" function allowing me to never lose track.
  • When I stumble upon incorrect information, I can utilize the "Suggest Contact Update" feature and I get a status update on that particular contact within 2-3 days.
  • Addresses, emails, and mobile phone numbers all pop up when searching. Harvesting leads is a breeze!
  • I don't use the app format as much as I want to because it isn't as easy to use as the site on my computer.
  • I wish there were simpler ways for "users" to reset login credentials instead of having to use their organizations admin's approval.
  • I wish using the "back" button didn't require me to hit it 2, 3, sometimes 4 times before I get to just a previous page.
I need to know when a company might need industrial flooring. Its very specific to our company. If I applied that to ZoomInfo Sales, I would need to know when a company is looking for construction contacts. I am not sure how ZoomInfo Sales would apply this except for new builds for this industry which is a very small percentage of what we actually do. We provide upkeep and maintenance to industrial flooring. I am unsure if ZoomInfo Sales could give me that specific of insight at this time.
I integrate ZoomInfo Sales with Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace. I have never had issues. My lists and CRM programs also have never come through in bizarre jumbles or anything like that.
  • I am essentially a telemarketer when I use ZoomInfo Sales to gain leads. I make a lot of cold calls. My conversion rate has gone from less than 20% to over 80% when my cold leads pick up the phone.
  • As ZoomInfo Sales has updated since I began using it over 1 year ago, I have become much more productive. I love that I can see ZoomInfo listening to it's users and adapting to our needs.
  • I can quickly create email campaign lists with a few clicks. We are a small business and can't afford to use mailchimp, etc. ZoomInfo Sales makes email campaigns simple for me.
I get more mobile phone numbers using ZoomInfo Sales. Direct numbers are helpful but ZoomInfo Sales provides mobile numbers which normally gets me better conversion rates because the decision-makers pick up their cell phones. Not to mention, if contact information is incorrect, you can collaborate with ZoomInfo Sales and suggest an update. I love that feature.

ZoomInfo Sales is very well suited for sales persons in the industrial realm. I haven't used any other program with more suitable contacts in the manufacturing industry. I work for a B2B company and I can reach plant managers, plant engineers, and vice presidents easily. I was not able to do this with LinkedIn Sales or other platforms. ZoomInfo Sales provides cellphone numbers which in my experience is a hot commodity in the industrial B2B universe.
