Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

I am from the demand Generation - marketing team, and I use ZoomInfo for several ovation, which are, research companies and their revenue, and also fine emails and phone numbers from hot leads as well as extract that info and export it to our CRM which is salesforce right now.
  • Export info to crm
  • Preview of info with the plug in on chrome
  • Match information with .csv list uploaded to the platform
  • Some time the info is not updated
  • ZoomInfo try to guess the emails and usually it fails
I have it integrated with salesforce so it help to identify several thing, for instance I can see if the company I am looking for is already created in the crm or not and also if the account has any owner on salesforce. Also the export feature helps me to get all info into the crm system really easy

  • Get information as email or phone helps to get into meetings in a easier way
  • Reduce the manual workload
Zoominfo can get emails and number better than rocket reach in most of the cases but the real difference is at the lead exportation phase with the salesforce integration as it is way easier and more useful, also with sales NAVIGATOR work more as complement than other thing as SN has no info as email or phone

It’s a really good tool and has helped me a lot in therms of gathering information from leads and also the bulk actions to extract large amount of information has improved my daily task. Also is really useful has the chrome extension, making it a lot of easier to find info in real time from any webpage or lead you are taking a look on.
