Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
Prospecting new clients within my territory. The tool quickly identifies correct contacts and contact information. Also helps uncover new potential clients. The product is user freindly and the salesforce integration is effienct and effective for tracking, The org charts help you identify descision makers that you may not have know otherwise. I highly reccommend this tool.

- overall downtime of the tool is more often than I would prefer

Zoominfo integrates with Salesforce, in my experience LinkedIn Sales Navigator did not. This allows companies to better keep track of prospects as its stored in the company CRM and doesn't go with the sales manager should they leave.
