Finding the correct contact information

.ZoomInfo SalesOS enables me to obtain the contact information of the specific job titles I am seeking to speak with instead of having to call or email blindly and possibly be transferred between departments based on the person answering the phone and/or email. What I like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS is the search saving function. It's great that you can upload contacts and add them to an email drip campaign with minimal effort. The interface is straightforward, and it's easy to transfer "opened" emails to a more personalized Salesflow strategy once they've interacted with your content a few times. Narrowing your target audience by job title and role increases the level of customization, and expected return call and/or email from prospects.

The buying committee search function is very helpful and makes searches so much more productive. I have utilized the advanced search function since day one. I wish i would have utilized the "Intent" function earlier - but it is one of the "Don't know what you don't know" functions with this vast platform. I have reached out on several occasions for additional assistance and it has been challenging in that our account rep has changed 3-4 times and are on the East coast so quite a time difference. I have utilized the webinars etc. but do feel there needs to be more follow up and learning how to utilize all there is to use.
