Some of the best scenarios are working remotely. It really allows you to get everything you need out of an office phone right from your computer/cell without any need for hardware. It's not great when you've already plugged in a dialer of some sort, or software like Outreach.io that has some overlap in features (click to dial, especially).

If you need to find a test candidate for your client quickly, this is one of the best ways. Pull yourself a hot list of a couple hundred potential candidates and load them in to CallFire. Then get ready to hit about 50-60 calls per hour. You should have a great test candidate for your client in about 24 hours! It's amazing how quickly you can show your clients the true speed of your company.

Alternatives Considered

I had no control over this but we are using 8x8 virtual office enterprise suite to get some of the functionality, mostly click to dial and contact handling. It's not exactly a competitor, but if you're looking for an easy way to utilize your company phone system remotely, I've had a great experience, including working from home for an entire month on it.

CallFire has adapted and changed internally ever since I [have] used it. It is has become, quicker, cleaner and much easier to use. I haven't used any other systems, however I thoroughly enjoy the efficiency and ease to build custom campaigns in minutes. I highly recommend CallFire and see it as a great asset for any call center.

  • CallFire has had ALL positive impact on my business objectives. For instance I no longer waste time leaving voicemails on machines.
  • On top of not leaving voicemails, when the machine picks up, Callfire "parks" the call and you don't have to wait for anything. Your phone is then calling the next number. Again saving more time. It's amazing how many more calls I can get out in a full day.
  • My other favorite item about this product is that I can take notes at the same time. When I'm done for the day or with my call campaign, I can then access each note for each person. This helps me speed up my notes in our ATS and I capture the appropriate data.
