Likelihood to Recommend Bamboo is well suited for organization and making things easier for employees and management. I really don't have anything negative to say about Bamboo. I love all of its features, and I also love that it allows us to upload photos. It's such a wonderful app!
Read full review Everhour is useful in every environment where you need the measure of time for certain tasks. In most cases, this could be project management but it could also include trips or travels, conferences, congresses, or several other things that you need to take control of the time used. Its less appropriate if you are going to measure things in weeks or days, it's better to measure smaller pieces of time like minutes of hours, so you could have a more useful metrics to work with.

Sometimes, they get stuck in a person's inbox because that particular person is out on PTO. As the admin, I would love the ability to override that if needed. Perhaps the ability to create a custom user role (e.g., allow users to see their own rate and pull reports accordingly). A global place to set project rate to avoid having to enter it for every project. All of our team members & projects are billed at the same rate regardless of who works on it (some clients receive a discount, but that could continue to be managed within their client profile). This would also eliminate the need to display average combined rates for projects on invoices (which sometimes results in a weird decimal calculation for the rate, even when all team members and projects are currently entered using the same rate). I would recommend it to any business starting with more than 10 employees. I will continue to use the program for as long as I need to, hoping they continue being tremendous and finding other ways to incorporate more technology.
Read full review Usability BambooHR makes things so easy. It's a very user-friendly application, with most things being easy to understand inherently and the handful of things that aren't easy to learn either via help from customer service or the hundreds of training videos and documents available to you. I've seamlessly taught the platform to multiple employees, some of them contractors and not very good at computer things.

Read full review Reliability and Availability Yes, there is a huge team in the back of the online platform or it looks like it because I have never been left without an answer when I have a question or waiting from a response on my chat .... There must be a huge team, this is so great and I always seem to have someone that is very knowledgeable too. So many times in the past I had to leave with customer service that would connect you with someone else because of the expertise, here everyone seems to be some kind of an expert in the HR function.
Read full review Performance I love BambooHR. Reports are easy to run and download and it usually covers any types of requests I get from the management team. You get excel or .csv downloads/reports and it is fast and simple, not too crowded so it is easy to read through. We don't integrate the tool yet but again, soon we will. we just did not had the time to utilize it yet but that's the plan.
Read full review Support Rating BambooHR support is very responsive, which I appreciate. They really aim to provide the answer on the first attempt, and if they have clarifying questions, they dive right into them to assist and fully come to a conclusion. If there is no solution to your roadblock, they will submit or ask you to submit a product enhancement request for consideration.
Read full review In the almost 2 1/2 years we have had to contact support 1 time and it really was for a feature request. Their support team responded quickly and told us that the feature was going to be added in the next few months. We have had no support issues ever. I have never had a time tracking solution that has had no issues until Everhour.

Read full review Online Training As far as I can recall, everything went well with doing it online and got questions answered. Was thankful to work with a dummy file to get used to some practices prior to getting our own domain within bamboo to then place our personnel information in the system, this helped a lot!
Read full review Implementation Rating BambooHR's initial implementation team was amazing. We loved having a dedicated person we could call, email or speak to during the entire process. I feel that's so important when you are new to a software. Our process was time consuming, but well worth the final product.

Asana (one of our favourite tools). The interface was not easy to use, it was a non-intuitive tool and did not allow us to track time as clearly as Everhour. We used
Toggl just for days simultaneously we were testing Everhour and gave up the use very fast.
Read full review Contract Terms and Pricing Model Since my organization has dropped with employees, I always find ways to reduce costs. I thought there would be a cheaper option, but I was glad that my package included a lot for the price, and downgrading would cost more. The rep could have let me downgraded and taken me to a higher package. I am thankful that didn't happen.
Read full review Scalability There is so much you can do with this platform, it is incredible and so welcoming. We don't utilize it 100% yet just because we are growing and the HR team has not been able to concentrate on other areas offered to us but but we will soon. Which is also why we got the product, specifically because what BambooHR can do to help us meet our growing business needs.

Read full review Return on Investment Gave more time back to HR, Directors, and Managers by providing options for easy reports and a place to have all the information. PTO! This has given so much time back to accounting as they no longer have to manually calculate PTO and it's also allowed our team to feel more comfortable to take time off by having an official way to ask off and see what their balances are. Onboarding and offboarding: this has helped HR with the many many tasks of helping team members come onboard as well as when they leave a company. Professionalism: the ability to create forms and has stepped up our game for new hires and even tracking things we have needed our team to fill out! Read full review Transparency in effort spent and the ability to easily track the team activity gives the power to whoever is managing the effort to track effort against budget, and if a yellow or red alert must be raised.
