Likelihood to Recommend It is well suited in org where password protection is mandatory. Most companies need it hence as the service you're providing needs to have a secure vault and this is where dashlane comes in picture. Also great as a authenticator app. Even has VPN for those that need. It is less suited for personal projects.
Read full review We are happy with the management of the Id, accounts where the user can request any access easily. Also the many connector which Sailpoint is offering in order to onboard lots of applications is quite helpful. The access review module has also have been improve so that large campaigns can we work out easily. Where we see some improvement is on the UI as here it is not so intuitive for the end user, so that we need to make lots of communications and training so that the user is able to understand how to use it. For the administration and creation of roles it also would be great to have some improvements here to make it more easily its management.
Read full review Pros Their Secure Notes are an easy and great way to save and protect important data and notes not specifically password-related. I really like their Payments feature. I've used that at my desk and when traveling to fill-in payment information on the fly. I've recently begun using Dashlane with PassKeys and found the process to be simple and intuitive to use. Most users are not security professionals, they just want to get into applications and do their jobs. Guidelines for diagnosing and fixing problems can always be clearer and better targeted toward laypeople. Sometimes we need to change a user's email address (like if they change their name). Changing email addresses is very hard if not impossible. It appears to be impossible once it's set in the account. Andrew Bank CEO - Strategy, Product Management, and Business Development
Read full review The user interface is not very intuitive. It is hard for the occasional user to navigate through the request process. There are no instructions on the screen to help the user to know what to do. It is left up to the user to figure out what to click on and how to navigate through the process. Read full review Usability We previously used
LastPass , which was also an excellent alternative for Dashlane. Dashlane seems to have more security features compare to
LastPass . We can send pass to any user in our organization easily also we can share details with our clients. we can securely manage all the pass in our vault and timely change it when it's time comes.

Read full review Support Rating We've had no issues with Dashlane. I can't speak to their customer service because I have not personally needed to contact them. I guess that speaks about their product if we've not had any issues to reach out about. Great for supporting data/information on multiple platforms that are shared among team members.

Read full review Implementation Rating Implementation was done correctly and all the requirements were met.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Dashlane loses against
1Password in almost every way. The only aspect that is better for Dashlane is the ability to share with your organization as it will pre-populate a list of users.
I didn't select Dashlane, it was selected for me. If it was up to me, I would choose
1Password over Dashlane all the time.
Read full review The on-prem SailPoint IdentityIQ platform provides the necessary customization that is required in our dynamic environment. Although we may look at a cloud-based Identity Management service again in the future, (there are many advantages), our identity management, authentication, and application assignment processes cannot be quickly consolidated to a single cloud-based service at this time.
