It also helps to differentiate us against our competitors. We can use the reviews and reports to help solidify our positions or even validate some of the claims we make. Our sales team can use this to help during their sales process as well. That helps them provide third-party validation.

Increases consumer confidence as they can see the reviews on the product, the service provided, and the overall company review. This then leads to more orders. Helps when there is a new product with no reviews yet, as customers can see that the company has an overall score of 4.6 and are confident in buying

  • Lead generation could be improved as it does not generate as much leads as we want
  • Being able to download data (Eg. reviews to consolidate and discuss with the broader team on what can be improved on)
  • Certify the people reviewing the products are people in the same industry.

Very easy to switch between our different stores, respond to the customer reviews, flag any review we consider fraudulent, and there is a social media functionality so we can download reviews for use on facebook, instagram, twitter etc. There are a number of different social media templates and goals so it allows us to keep the socials fresh and interesting

The G2 CSM and team we work with is always helpful, engaged, and cares about our goals. They do a great job of crafting solutions that fit what we need from our side. They don't force anything on us and are always respectful of the challenges we face on the vendor side

I've rarely had issues and needed support. During the implementation phase we relied on their support heavily and they were very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly by my account manager. They also have a great knowledgebase for self-service support.

Both platforms are broadly alike and offer very similar capabilities. In my opinion, TrustRadius is optimized for the review process: getting new reviews, checking on them, classifying the quotes, opening discussions with our users, and providing them feedback. In comparison, G2 Seller Solutions focuses on providing vendors with benchmark information, more actionable intent data, and resources to take advantage of awards and grids.

Selected Trustpilot because of superior integration with the website and Google SERPS. Again, my only complaint would be Trustpilot was relatively more expensive than the other technologies.

  • We've seen an increase in CTR and CVR while lowering our CPAs using our reviews in our display and social media ads.
  • Integrating the star rating with our Google Ads was automatic and we saw a lift in CTR when the stars were added.
  • We saw an uptick in traffic in from our Trustpilot review page to our website.
