Improvements to the user interface and responsiveness to user needs. Real-time messaging to alert users of network or functionality issues - I know you have my back. Constantly striving for user feedback to improve the product. You are client-centric.
We used Hootsuite because it was one of the bigger players in the space and we wanted to give it a try due to it's position in the market and the trust others had for it. We found it didn't exactly meet our needs and moved on to something else.
I'll be honest - my predecessor had Hootsuite and I was stuck with it. But I'm glad I've had it, and compared to the other platforms I've used in the past it's miles better.
I only use the free versions. I have found it to be the best in this free area. I appreciate the ability to use it right away without having to commit to major marketing uploads, or info needed at the start.
I like Hootsuite but I don't think it is the best platform to use for free since you have posting limitations. If they removed restrictions then they would have more users who could take advantage of the platform.
I have used Hootsuite to monitor my business profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. There is a content stream from all of your platforms in one screen. Content is easily created through this software and it saves so much time flipping between platforms when posting the …
I like how big the dashboard is on Sprout and Hootsuite, however, I prefer Facebook Pages Manager for my ability to track and promote my campaigns. I like the overall look of Hootsuite and Sprout as well but using Facebook directly for managing and monitoring makes me more …
I have used Buffer, Hootsuite, and Later.com. We selected Pages Manager because it is so user friendly and the people we have using it vary in backgrounds, ages, education level, and electronics experience. Pages is very easy to learn and has everything we need at this time.
Hootsuite lets you schedule posts and check multiple social media sites. We never used the paid version so analytics were not used. Hootsuite was a bit advanced as well. Facebook Pages Manager is easy to use and a beginner can navigate it. Facebook Pages Manager is more …
Hootsuite and Buffer are great for certain things, but at the end of the day, for what Facebook Pages Manager does, it's the premium choice for messaging, engagement, analysis and making sure you're not missing a customer. Plus it's free!

Facebook Pages Manager is the best social scheduling (for Facebook) tool out there, much better than Hootsuite in my opinion. This is because other tools often suffer when Facebook updates their API or rules, so Facebook Pages Manager will always be the best choice for managing …
While products like Sprout and Hootsuite will manage your Facebook Page along with the rest of your social media presence, using the official Facebook Pages [Manager] is superior when it comes to managing comments, placing ads, and reacting to customers quickly. The mobile app …
While we looked at different possibilities, it just seemed that this program was designed for our key social media platforms. There really was no point in utilizing a different program when this was designed for these platforms specifically. The mobile app is an added …
Facebook Pages Manager is a lot more mobile-friendly in general if you're offering up stats at a meeting, talking to your CEO, or just curious to see how your post is performing over your lunch hour. It's also a lot more convenient when you're handling an above average level of …
I selected Facebook pages manager because it is an easy product to learn and doesn’t involve having an additional login or account to use. This is simple for busy business owners and takes a little more off of their plate.
Facebook Pages Manager does a lot of things right in content publishing and page administration (and is necessary for some native functionality within Facebook). I wish it was easier to schedule across different platforms (if even just on Instagram which is a Facebook …
