Likelihood to Recommend We are currently in the process of planning our company wide retreat in which we need at least 69 people to book their flights. While with that many people traveling at once, I do suspect I'll get some questions and have to assist some folks however by using Lola.com, the time I would have spent prior will be cut drastically. And I'll be able to see who is taking what flight and obtain departure and arrival information without much interruption to anyone's day. Prior to Lola.com this task would have been something truly daunting, but not this time!
Read full review TripIt is great for anyone who has multiple trips at any given time. It is also very good at tracking multiple reservations automatically on individual trips. It's not appropriate for low volume trips or only short trips. It is also good for sharing itineraries with others. It's not good for calendar views.
Read full review Pros Provides corporate leadership with great insights into employee travel costs BEFORE they hit corporate credit cards, thereby facilitating better budgeting, planning, and cash flow management Offers employees who travel a single interface for booking travel Provides employees who are traveling with concierge level service when booking and while on the road The platform's live chat is fantastic! Read full review Itinerary Management - TripIt does a great job collecting all of your travel information, including your flight and hotel information all in one location, so that you don't have to deal with multiple vendor apps, emails, or even printouts of that info. It also handles multiple upcoming trips for even easier management and organization Notifications - TripIt notifies you of changes to your itinerary, such as delays or gate changes, which is great to have that information pushed to you rather than having to constantly look at flight boards for updates. Apple Watch integration - As an Apple Watch user, TripIt has gone the extra mile to provide a useful watch app for travelers, making your travel information available on your wrist. This makes it even easier to catch changes to your itinerary, and not have to juggle a phone while you already have a passport and luggage to worry about! Read full review Cons Room for existing features to grow and expand, especially on the administrative side Visually-speaking, the overall layout and color scheme used within the site, specifically when it comes to placement and contrast of key text info, has led to some confusion at times Need for more support of existing travel rewards accounts Read full review Some addresses sometimes do not load (But this is becoming rare these days) Add some color to the icons (again minor improvement) Ability to create cross destination group trips with different cities to have a full overview of the trip and crossover points Read full review Likelihood to Renew This is just my guess as I'm not involved in the decision aside from providing feedback on using Lola. I think, from what I've heard, that everyone likes Lola and we'll renew the usage. I say this because we're an all-remote company and this greatly solves the logistics of booking flights for everyone.

Read full review Support Rating Lola's customer support is fantastic. They have frequently contacted us when there are travel alerts, or anticipated flight cancellations to re-book us before it was too late. They are always helpful and pleasant and we have never had any issues.
Read full review I have never called their support. That is a great question especially when rolling out into a medium to large organization. Concur is a well-respected company, so I can only suppose their Support is reasonable. I have not experienced their support.
Read full review Implementation Rating Set up clear workflows & processes for the masses! No problems with software, only end users...haha
Read full review Alternatives Considered Lola.com is much easier to use in terms of UX. Very little Admin and/or user training is needed to get up and running with Lola.com -- which increases our ability to quickly scale the solution. However, I would say that Concur is able to do more inside the travel arena with the addition of expense tracking.
Read full review TripIt is designed specifically to help individuals manage their travel info in one place. Before I used TripIt, I had to manually save my travel info in a
Google Drive folder, add flights to my personal calendar, then manage multiple airline apps to get flight alerts. TripIt has made my travel much easier.
