Sales. I used 8 x 8 for years, it doesn't compare to RingDNA. It integrates with Salesforce well. You can do so many different things on one page. It took a little time to learn how to use, but once I did, it really helped increase my productivity which helped me close more.
While RingDNA doesn't accelerate the number of dials you can make (like Connect and Sell), it gives you control and visibility into the impact of each call you make.
