Likelihood to Recommend We are happy with the management of the Id, accounts where the user can request any access easily. Also the many connector which Sailpoint is offering in order to onboard lots of applications is quite helpful. The access review module has also have been improve so that large campaigns can we work out easily. Where we see some improvement is on the UI as here it is not so intuitive for the end user, so that we need to make lots of communications and training so that the user is able to understand how to use it. For the administration and creation of roles it also would be great to have some improvements here to make it more easily its management.
Read full review Ventiv IRM works great for companies with a large number of sources of data, record management, and reporting needs. The system will be able to handle multiple users, processes, or other functions that a large company may need. Ventiv IRM would not be a good fit for companies that may not be large enough to justify the cost of a powerful platform like IRM.

It is hard for the occasional user to navigate through the request process. There are no instructions on the screen to help the user to know what to do. It is left up to the user to figure out what to click on and how to navigate through the process. Read full review Setting up a new Advance Query report - sometimes I run into glitches When creating/implementing a match merge, the two claims that are set to merge, need to be typed EXACTLY the same (UPPERCASE & lowercase matching on both, if one is all caps and the other is lowercase, the match merge is not successful) I do wish there was a way to self-match two claims instead of waiting for the match merge. This has also helped me understand how to explain things better (support speak). This has led to closing tickets, completing projects sooner.

Read full review The actual implantation was not good. The system is fully customizable so Ventiv was ready to give us what we wanted; however, we never had a system so we didn't fully understand what we wanted. Since then, we hit "reset" and we are steadily moving forward.
Read full review Alternatives Considered The on-prem SailPoint IdentityIQ platform provides the necessary customization that is required in our dynamic environment. Although we may look at a cloud-based Identity Management service again in the future, (there are many advantages), our identity management, authentication, and application assignment processes cannot be quickly consolidated to a single cloud-based service at this time.
Read full review While Ventiv IRM is a bit more expensive than another platform we have used and evaluated, we get a lot of value that helps us make informed risk management decisions. The system works for us, and not the other way around. We're able to use integrations from other sources (such as Navex for reporting and our TPA, and Gallagher-Bassett for financial claim information). The system is easy to use, update, and manage, which is helpful too.

With a call center population that churns many people per week, this brings many dollars of efficiency to the operations teams. Flexibility on terminations to manage accounts and access for target applications based on regulatory or business rules to ensure compliance and avoid fines for non-compliance.
