  • This has improved security with the use of digital signatures.
  • We are more efficient being able to use Adobe forms that can be completed and returned via email instead of printing them out to manually complete and then scan to return. This decreases the amount of paper used.
  • The use of Adobe also saves time since it is easier to use than other programs.

  • I don't think Adobe Acrobat links to any direct ROI for us. If anything, it may save time when working with PDFs and large files.
  • However, because not all clients also use Adobe Acrobat, the downside is that it can also take more time if several files types are involved since they may not be able to edit or use other Adobe Acrobat PRO features.

  • Adobe Acrobat improves our efficiency because we can so easily mark-up a document and send it along, back to the person who needs to make those changes.
  • The search function saves so much time! Imagine trying to read through a 40 page document looking for a tiny detail... Instead, you can scan that doc into your computer and open it with Adobe Acrobat, then make it readable so you can use the search function and a keyword that you are looking for. Even if it is a common word in the doc, searching through those instances is much faster than reading the whole thing!
  • I appreciate the security that Adobe Acrobat provides for two reasons: 1) I can finalize a word doc by putting it into a pdf so that the receiver can't make changes. 2) I also use the signature function pretty often. It digitally time stamps the doc so it is provable that it was signed on a certain date.

  • Staff has Acrobat on their computers but where it is really useful is when traveling. The ability to send and receive on a smartphone
  • The most positive thing about using Acrobat, is that we can send out announcements to clients or prospective clients as a link in an email and know it will play on their computer and phone.
