Adobe Sign Reduces Clientele Slippage
It has increased the return rate for our retainer documents. We don't have to wait days for something to be received and then signed and returned. Things don't get lost in the mail. Documents don't come back damaged or missing information. It has significantly reduced our slippage rate.

Great but could do much better.
We were able to reduce the carbon footprint of paper. The workflow of signatures go much faster if we use an electronic signature system versus to the hard-copy paper. It has cut down the waiting period threefold.
We have begun to take on Transactions with more complexity and moving parts. The reliability and efficiency of Adobe Sign is helpful to have that flexibility for doing simple to very complex transactions, with multiple levels of signing and cc'ing. We appreciate the performance of the interface and the ease which we can train new agents on its features.

Great for Wedding Vendors!
My quality of business has increased since my implementation of Adobe Sign because it is a much more professional means of creating and sending contracts. I do not have to meet clients in person or make them print and send me their forms. They can quickly and easily add their signatures and send it right back. My clients know from the start now that I run my business professionally and they are in good hands. Everything is put together and it's a lot less work on my part to have contracts created and organized and filed. I don't have to work as much in housekeeping and filing and can give more attention to other aspects of my business.

Simplify agreements with Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign has been very reliable in the time that our organization has been using it. Because the services are hosted in the cloud, agreements can continue to progress even if our on-premise servers are unavailable. This has improved customer experience, reduced spending on printing paper forms, and reduced the amount of time spent by employees on manually managing agreement processes.
