The price was right when adopting this service to be used at the company. Also, the features that allow for optimal organization makes it easier to manipulate and revise documents and processes without stepping on other people's toes. Our administrator had already used this at a prior company and understood the tangible benefits we'd get by adopting this service.

The web-based Cloud functionality so that anyone can use it from any location is a major benefit. In addition, it seems to be priced fairly competitively. The simple user interface and ease of customization is also a good plus that helps to make our decision. I like how Arena adds updates constantly and is always improving their features. Their customer support is great too, as well as the training class we took originally.

Prior experience of the product was the most important reason. One of our contract engineering firms was using Arena and we thought it would be good for us to keep it consistent with them because we were just starting to set up quality system for the company. It was very important that we had a smooth transition between the companies.

The usability was the most critical factor, as this ultimately determines the software's staying power. In trialing the software, users of various levels within the quality organization found the software to be very intuitive and highly capable in completing all necessary functions. Ultimately, this ensured minimal time and cost of training and a unified approach to documentation in the quality management system.

Product Features is definitely one of the most important factors. If the product can't do what is needed, there is no reason to purchase the product no matter how good or well-reputed it is.

I did not purchase the product for my company, but I think that the ability to transition from our old system into Arena was essential. The product being usable was significant since everyone would have to get trained in it. Of course, the cost of purchasing seats for the employees was also a factor.

Price is always important to any business, but the quality needs to be good at that price. Therefore, Arena upgrades continue to make the product even better
