Great integration with ADP Payroll

Good but Could be Better
I use SAP Concur to create a business travel request, book travel and reconcile. SAP Concur provides the ability to obtain travel estimates to send to management for approval. It also allows the ability to book travel and reconcile travel expenses. Reconciling expenses seem intuitive. However, there seems to always be corrections made by our Accounting department to ensure that the correct information is included in the approval request. Not sure if there are limitations with the product or potential configuration that can be done on our end to make required information a default. For instance, our company requests a breakdown by room rate, taxes, etc. However, that is not easily determined when reconciling.

Love the SAP Concur platform!
I use it for booking travel and travel expenses. During the year, I use it mainly for business traveling and booking flights and hotels, entering receipts, reimbursements, etc.

- Booking flights by fare can be slow sometimes and doesn’t always populate the fee
- The codes for trips or expenses can be confusing
- The mobile experience could be more like the desktop version

Go SAP Concur and you'll be fine and with your employees organization expenses and travelling reports
I’m in love with SAP Concur, the reason is, 4 years later we used to do our expenses reports and traveling expenses thru SAP ECC6. In my opinion, it was quite time consuming and not intuitive, employees were complaining and it was not productive because some of them were spending hours to complete an expense reports, it was hard to follow the processs attach the receipt copies and so on ! We've decided Back then to explore some other tools and we felt in love with SAP Concur, its a wonderful product, the workflow is simple and the user experience is wondeful and intuitive.

SAP Concur is being used to manage our official tours. HR has provided employees access to SAP Concur for booking official trips and to reimburse our travel expenses. SAP Concur has simplified this process. Earlier, employees has to inform HR for travel and hotel booking with dates and place details. Further, we had to submit HOD approval sheet along with all the official tour bills for reimbursement to HR. SAP Concur has simplified this tedious process.

It has been mainly used for planning our business travels and getting reimbursements. If there is any reallocation expense we can submit everything and get the claim easily within few steps. Helps lot for expense management. Now the Product has been updated with ome more features with is smooth to use. It plays a vital role in finance.

It is now much more simple to book flights and hotels, have it available on the mobile phone, and have expenses receipts integrates automatically, or scanned using the mobile phone, and approved using the appropriate workflows. Great value, great potential!
Really intuitive tool that groups all expenses providing clarity for the submitter and the approver. Also suited with analytics that allow quick overview of spending and show where and when spending is occurring. the pre approval and post approval process gives a really strong sense of compliance and reinforces the control environment the company looks for.
